The fight that was billed as “Finally” happened on November 9th, 1996 between two of the most celebrated heavyweight boxers of all-time, Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield. The initial bout was won by Holyfield via an 11th round TKO and led to the rematch that featured the controversial and infamous ear biting incident by Tyson on Holyfield. Presented here is this spectacular dual-signed photo from their first bout against each other. The photo depicts Tyson landing a left hook on the defending Holyfield. The photo, which measures out to approximately 18 ¾” x 14 ¾” at its largest points has been double matted in black and red and housed in a sleek black frame though it should be mentioned that the top of the frame is broken. The photo has been signed by both fighters over their respective image, with Holyfield’s signature being an in the person signature, in bold silver marker. Holyfield has added the inscription “Phil 4:13” under his signature. Both autographs display well with no flaws. A PSA/DNA certification sticker “5A13190” has been affixed to the bottom right corner of the photograph and a matching certificate of authenticity is attached to the back of the frame.
