Nearing the 100-point summit during his third NHL season, Luc Robitaille would register a strong 98 points at the conclusion of the 1988-89 campaign and would receive selection for a second straight year to the NHL All-Star Game. This signed stick was used by the HOFer during his time in Los Angeles in the late-1980s. A Sher-Wood PMP 7000 model with “Robitaille 20” factory graphics (“20” is also handwritten), the original black tape is in place over the blade and knob, with “Los Angeles” stamped to the lower shaft. The tape over the blade is somewhat thick and possibly concealing a crack, with wear and marks along with some minor surface chipping to the shaft. Robitaille has signed over the heel in black marker, with no issues for the small signature.
