Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 5/31/2022
A fixture in high-level competitive hockey for almost 30 years, Igor Larionov won three Stanley Cup championships while with Detroit, with countless gold medals won representing Russia. We have a signed stick used by the 2008 HOF inductee circa mid-1990s. A Busch Itech Balance model, “Larionov” appears over the upper shaft, along with a pair of factory codes including “L3074F”. The original black tape remains over the blade with red cloth tape over the handle with “8” handwritten. Larionov has signed the front side blade in silver paint pen, with no issues for the signature. Moderate to heavier game-use is exhibited, with wear, marks and surface abrasions to the lower shaft, with a crack to the mid-shaft. A Hockeytown hologram is affixed, with a matching COA from the Red Wings to accompany.
