The hometown kid, Dylan Larkin has become a fan favourite in Detroit since breaking into the Red Wings line-up full time during the 2015-16 NHL season. Since that time, Larkin has spearheaded the rebuild in Detroit to once again climb to the top of the NHL standings, and hopefully bring Lord Stanley’s mug back to Motown. These skates were worn by Larkin during his rookie season of 2015-16. Bauer Supreme 1S models with intact lacing, “Larkin 9.8-11” stickers have been placed on the underside of each boot by the Red Wings equipment staff. The skates are signed in silver paint pen on the toe cap of each skate, with the signature on the right skate slightly scuffed. Exhibiting light game-use, each skate shows wear to the boots including cuts to the toe sections, with additional wear, marks and cuts to the blade holders. Getty image #513862732 from the NHL Stadium Series game versus the Colorado Avalanche on February 27th, 2016 in Denver shows Larkin wearing the exact matching model of skate, and we should further note that these exact models were worn only during his rookie season, with the Bauer Supremes worn in 2016-17 sporting slightly differing blade holders. A Red Wings COA will accompany these skates.
