Long referred to as “Laval Dairy” are cards depicting members of the Quebec Senior Hockey League, with however Bedard & Donaldson Ltee. the actual producer and the group here exhibiting evidence of once having been glued. An acceptable low grade #1-Jean Beliveau card highlights the gathering, with a couple of creases and not-drastic back damage to be aware of. Amid over four dozen others are cards of Toe Blake and Herbie Carnegie, with Kitoute Joannette, Gerry Plamondon, Jacques Locas, Jimmy Moore, Murdo MacKay, Jack Gelineau, Cliff Malone, Glen Harmon and Tod Campeau also possibly familiar to hockey historians. A majority are VG in appearance but lowered by the back damage, while eight have had color added to the players’ uniforms. Update or subset cards (11) are also involved and in similar condition, the numbers being 26, 36, 40, 57, 68, 72, 84, 90, 95, 99 and 113. From a time when Beliveau and his Quebec Aces were filling arenas around the league!
