Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Spending a season with Harvard University in 2009-10 before making his NHL debut with Montreal in 2011-12, we have a Canadiens jersey worn by Louis Leblanc during the 2010-11 NHL preseason, with the Quebecer seeing action during the season in 31 games with the Hamilton Bulldogs. A label with “56” sizing and handwritten “1” appears along the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the famous and sacred CH team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with “71” sewn to the sleeves and verso in tackle twill, with “Leblanc” across the nameplate in single blue twill. Exhibiting a few marks over the front and sleeves, the jersey remains in beautiful condition. A hologram has been affixed to the reverse “1”, while the team patch resides on the inside hem, with an LOA to accompany from the Canadiens matching both numbers.
