Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Selected by the Atlanta Thrashers in 2005, netminder Ondrej Pavelec made his NHL debut with the club in 2007-08, and we offer a game-issued jersey from his second season in Georgia in 2008-09, where he appeared in 12 regular-season games. Goalie Style labeling with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines. Styled with a large and attractive multi-coloured Thrashers team crest, “31” is sewn to the right sleeve and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Atlanta” running down the left sleeve. There are a few small stains to the cuffs, with the jersey possibly worn for a very short time. A MeiGray patch numbered "F08573" resides on the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "Blue Set 1 GI" specimen. An LOA from the Thrashers will accompany.
Addendum; The jersey is a game-issued jersey as stated on the included team LOA and on the MeiGray population report but it does have a few small to the cuffs suggesting it might have been worn briefly.
