Enjoying a lengthy hockey career which included starring at Harvard, Craig Adams was drafted by Hartford in 1996 and dressed for three different clubs throughout his tenure, with Stanley Cup championships won with Carolina and Pittsburgh. From his third full season in Pennsylvania, we offer a photo-matched Penguins jersey worn by Adams in 2011-12, with JerseyTRAK documents included that lists the games the jersey was worn-in, beginning on Oct 6, 2011 and concluding on Jan 15, 2012. A label with “56” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests gracing the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the Penguins team crest that features embroidered detailing, “27” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Adams” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. Showing nice game-use with a few washed out marks over the front and sleeves, there are also team repairs, with examples situated on the sleeves (3) and shoulders (2). Getty Image #135847053 (Dec 10, 2011) has been matched to the hole on the upper left sleeve before being repaired, with the thread bump at the bottom right of the upper extension of the "2" of "27" on the left sleeve also visible, while Getty Image #136405907 (Dec 31, 2011) has been matched to the hole on the upper right sleeve before being repaired. The “Set 1” team patch resides on the inside hem, with a team COA to accompany along with the aforementioned JerseyTRAK documents.
