Seeing action with the U. of Maine and Moncton Wildcats before making his NHL debut with Pittsburgh in 2013-14, we offer a photo-matched Penguins jersey worn by Zach Sill during his second season in 2014-15, with a JerseyTRAK LOA included that list the three games the jersey was worn-in, beginning on Feb 4, 2015 and concluding on Feb 7, 2015. A label with “54” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crest gracing the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the Penguins team crest that features embroidered detailing, “38” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Sill” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. There is also a front fight strap that was added, with the Pens equipment manager Dana Heinze signing the reverse strap. Showing a rip to the collar along with a hole and repair on the front beneath the team crest, there are also a few marks visible with red paint transfer on the right sleeve. Getty Image #462035684 (Jan 20, 2015) has been matched to the extended threading visible; at the bottom of the “3” of “38” on the reverse, at the bottom of the “8” of “38” on the left sleeve, and at the junction where the white, gold and black material meet at the right seam directly to the right of the “38” on the left sleeve. Getty Image #461855072 – also from Jan 20th – shows Sill grappling with Michael Raffl, with Raffl grabbing Sill’s front collar, with the jersey currently torn in the same area as mentioned, with the NHL decal also partially torn off. The “Set 2” team patch resides on the inside hem, with a team COA to accompany along with the aforementioned JerseyTRAK LOA.
