A second-round draft pick of the Washington Capitals in 2004, Chris Bourque has appeared for three different NHL clubs and is currently playing with EHC München in the DEL. From his lone season in Boston, where he appeared in 18 regular-season games, we have a photo-matched Bruins jersey worn by Bourque. A label with “56” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the familiar Bruins’ spoked-B team crest fully administered in tackle twill, the faux tie-neck sweater has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with alternate crests over each shoulder. Sporting light game-use with a few burn marks to the lower left sleeve, Getty Image #163055484 (March 2, 2013) has been matched to extended threads visible at the top of the "4" of "48" on the left sleeve and at the right side of the Bruins crest over the left shoulder. A MeiGray patch numbered “JH00165” sits over the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is a “Third Set 1” specimen. A Bruins/MeiGray LOA will accompany.
