Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Winning gold with Canada at the World Championships and Spengler Cup, Tyler Seguin was selected 2nd overall by Boston in 2010 and has made appearances at six All-Star Games thus far. From his rookie season in Beantown, we have a stick used by the star in 2010-11, a season that witnessed 74 games during the regular-season along with 13 games in the Stanley Cup semifinals and finals. A Bauer Total One model with “Seguin” factory graphics, the original black tape is in place on the blade, with white over the handle with reinforcing black strand. Thorough use is exhibited on the composite stick, with wear to the shaft throughout including over the handle along with wear to the underside of the blade. There is also a chip near the heel, with Seguin adding a flawless silver paint pen signature. An NHL Alumni COA will accompany, and we should note that it mentions use in March of 2011, but Getty Images show this model being used in January.
