Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021

A varied array of encapsulated baseball cards offered here spans several decades and involves multiple card companies and multiple grading firms. A 1990 Best Frank Thomas minor league card is likely the best of the batch in the eyes of most, earning GEM MT 10 recognition in the eyes of PSA, with just 14 others attaining such a lofty level out of the close to 100 examples submitted to PSA over the years. The ’72 Topps Steve Carlton high number card in our title is also noteworthy, slabbed NM 7 by SGC. Leading chronologically is a 1948-49 Leaf #102-Gene Hermanski card (SGC VG/EX 4) and then it’s a trio of 1960s O-Pee-Chee contributors; ‘66 #107-Stahl/Tomkins (SGC NM 7), 1969 #77-Perranoski (labeled “LA” On Cap)(SGC EX 5) and ‘69 #101-Patterson (SGC VG 3). Miscellaneous cards completing are ’78 Topps 626-Blue Jays Team (PSA GEM MT 10), ’82 Fleer 67-Ken Griffey (PSA GEM MT 10), ’89 Topps Traded 57T-Randy Johnson (BCCG 10 Mint or Better) and ’90 Score 3-Ken Griffey Jr. (GMA Gem MT 10). Also tossed onto the pile is a 2008 Sweet Spot Sweet Swatch Pedro Martinez card serial-numbered “25/25”. Check’em out and let us know if good for you.
