The first occasion since Bobby Orr and his Beantown teammates hoisted the Dominion Hockey Challenge Cup, the Boston Bruins won the franchise’s fifth Stanley Cup championship in 2011 – with this coming almost 40 years after their last Lord Stanley triumph. We offer a gorgeous Boston Bruins 2011 Stanley Cup championship sample ring. Size 10 with an approx weight of 70 grams, the Bruins team crest sits raised over the Stanley Cup, with both inset with brilliant cut custom princess, princess and round diamonds over a 14 kt. white gold base, flanked by “Stanley Cup” on the left, and “Champions” on the right. There are also six larger round diamonds on the crest of the ring that represent the six Stanley Cups that the Bruins have won. The left shank has a raised Bruins logo along with six stones to represent the Original Six era, with “Sample” above and two # signs below. The right features a diamond-studded Stanley Cup with the club’s championship years listed, with “2011” in gold and diamonds above. The inner band is stamped “Jostens SEW” (the company’s Silver Elite series which is primarily composed of Silver (76%) with Palladium, Gold and then coated with rhodium plating) and “Property of Jostens Not For Sale”, with a sample number also engraved. Showing wear with a number of scratches visible over the band and shanks, there is also a small gouge, with a Jostens display box with glass opening and outer cardboard box also included.
