Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
An NHL All-Star in almost every season he has competed in thus far, Patrick Kane has earned considerable hardware throughout his soon-to-be Hall of Fame career, including the Calder Memorial, Hart Memorial, Conn Smythe and Art Ross, along with a trio of Stanley Cup championships. From the 2019-20 season, we have signed gloves used by the 2010 Winter Olympics silver medalist. Bauer Nexus 1N models in solid black with red and white accents, “Kane 88” is embroidered to each along with “29” handwritten, with just minimal game-use exhibited which includes light wear to the palms. This can be explained by the fact that images from throughout the season and playoffs show Kane using this exact type of model, but different numbers can be seen written within the palms (images were found with the number as low a “9”, and as high as what appears to be “95” – playoffs), with the images also showing no gloves worn by Kane that exhibit heavy use. Each has been signed over the wrist guards in silver with “Game-Used 2019-20” added. An LOA from the Black Hawks will accompany.
