Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Celebrating 20 years at Rogers Arena, the Vancouver Canucks wore special throwback jerseys during the Feb 13, 2016 regular-season game vs the Toronto Maple Leafs, resurrecting their classic multi-coloured jerseys with flying skate logo. This mask was designed for netminder Ryan Miller’s use in the contest, but never saw action. Produced by Warwick with a decal to the interior along with “Miller Style 5 ¾” cage” handwritten, the Canucks paint scheme with retro skate logos on each side was executed by Bishop Designs, with a sticker to the interior (dated 2016) and signatures to each outside bottom edge (dated 2015). The backplate sports “Miller Time”, with a few small emblems. Never used and remaining in spectacular new condition with stunning bright paint scheme, this mask will look fabulous displayed. A Warwick carry/storage bag will accompany.
