Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Two of the most desirable signatures for any past Montreal Canadiens, Maurice Richard spent 18 seasons thrilling hockey fans, and retired in 1960 with 8 Stanley Cup championships, while his brother spent two decades in the fastest league, and hoisted Lord Stanley’s hardware a record 11 times. This lot offers a puck signed by the Rocket and Pocket Rocket, along with a framed photo signed by Maurice. The puck is a Trench model with Habs logo, with each signing along the perimeter in thin gold ink, with the signatures displaying beautifully. The photo is a more modern 8” x 10” print of Richard in game action, signed in thin blue marker, and with the signature flawless, it has been double matted and framed to approx 11 ½” x 14 ½”. Maurice left us in 2000, while Henri passed in 2020.
