Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021

Two batches of classic O-Pee-Chee cards available here have been enjoyed in the past, with nothing high grade to report and many star cards not present. A partial set from 1968-69 is low grade, with creased F and G examples combining to outnumber the VG entries, with some lower grade fillers also present. Bobby Orr's #2 card (P) is miscut, multi-creased and has some writing on the back, while also P is a stained/creased Mickey Redmond rookie card. We've shown the smattering of notable cards and can inform of better condition, (and a little more star action) among a near set of '70-71s. G, VG and VG+ look to dominate, with again lesser lights and some VG-EXs and EXs to come upon. An obvious side-to-side crease sends 3-Orr to F, with a Gilbert Perreault RC (G), 15-Hull (G) and 29-Howe (scuffed F) also notable. The Clarke and Sittler rookies, four Orr "specials" and the more important All-Star cards are among those required for completion, while a 2nd Series checklist is creased and marked. Still though, some relatively inexpensive fun can be had here.
