Considered by many to be the heart and soul of the Montreal Canadiens throughout his leadership of the club during the 1960s, we have a gorgeous 10K gold and diamond ring that pays tribute to the career of Jean Beliveau. Produced by Jostens, this ring has his number 10 front and center on the tableau and includes 15 diamonds. Set onto a large red stone, it is encircled by “Jean Beliveau” in sloping letters, along with "1950" (the beginning of his career) and his retirement year of "1971”. One shank has a raised "507 Career Goals", while engravings on the hockey stick blades below reference a number of accolades from Jean’s career. The opposite shank features an image of the old Montreal Forum before its renovation in 1968, Beliveau's facsimile signature above and the date his #4 jersey was retired in 1971 below. Le Gros Bill’s signature is also engraved on the interior of the band of the size 11 ring which is stamped "Jostens 10K". This limited-edition ring is numbered 2 out of 10, and exhibits light wear including minor scratches and a few small dings over the interior and exterior band and edges. A large flip-top rosewood display box with golden facsimile signature is included (box shows light wear).
