Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/30/2021
Scoring an impressive 67 points during his rookie campaign with Atlanta in 2001-02; more than enough to capture the Calder Memorial as the NHL's freshest face, Dany Heatley is a four-time All-Star, and has represented Canada internationally at every level. This signed stick was used by the star in 2009-10, his first of two seasons in San Jose. An Easton S19 model with “Heatley” and “15” factory graphics, the original white-over-black tape remains on the handle with reinforcing black strand, with the blade tape removed to allow for the silver paint pen signature that has been placed across the front side. Moderate game-use is exhibited, with scratches and marks to the blade and wear to the lower shaft, with small areas of red paint transfer on the taped section of handle.
