A fifth round draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2010, Sam Carrick is currently under contract to the Anaheim Ducks. This Maple Leafs “Alternate Set 2” jersey was worn by Carrick in 2014-15. A label with “56” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok patches on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a gorgeous vintage felt team crest along with felt twill numbers, the sweater also sports a retro-style tie-neck collar. Visible game-use includes just a few faint marks on the striping band of the right sleeve, along with a couple of random board burns including over the reverse right shoulder. Also included in this lot is a pair of Leafs game-used socks from an unidentified player. Made by Reebok, each sock shows good use with one sock having 9 team repairs present. The jersey’s original point of sale tag from the Leafs team store is included, along with team COAs for both the jersey and socks.
