Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/30/2021
Western Hockey League clubs are featured in this lot, with a pair of jerseys hailing from the 2000s, including a Spokane Chiefs specimen worn by Adam Hobson in the mid-2000s, and a Saskatoon Blades alternate “Pac-Man” jersey attributed to Brandon Machado in the late-2010s. First, the Chiefs jersey sports Nike labeling and “54” sizing, with Nike and CHL crests on the reverse hem. Styled with a chain-stitched team crest, “10” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in tackle twill, with a WHL crest over the right breast. The jersey sports evidence of two former nameplates, with just light wear throughout including faint burns over the sleeves (Hobson was with Spokane from 2003-04 to 2006-07). The Blades jersey has CCM/CHL labeling and “56” sizing, with a CHL crest on the reverse hem and WHL crest over the right breast. Featuring a felt team crest, “49” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in tackle twill, with evidence of a former nameplate (Machado listed as wearing #49 in 2018-19). The jersey shows nice use, with marks over the front and sleeves along with a few slits.
