While fondly remembered for his time with the Edmonton Oilers which included epic performances during the postseason, Grant Fuhr guarded the creases of six different NHL clubs throughout his career, including Buffalo and Calgary. This lot features a signed stick used by the HOFer during his final NHL season in Calgary in 1999-00. A Franklin 8000 Graphite model with “Fuhr Pro Pattern” factory graphics, the original white tape resides over the blade and knob. Great use is shown on the lumber, with puck marks and tears to the blade tape, with heavy chipping along the top edge of the blade. There are also a few minor surface chips over the shaft. Fuhr has signed the front side paddle in black marker, with the signature displaying well. Originating from the personal collection of an important hockey executive, his signed LOA will accompany.
