Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
Joining once again, in collaboration with the Montreal Canadiens, Classic Auctions is pleased to offer a large collection of artifacts and memorabilia from the storied club’s comprehensive archives. A number of historic specimens direct from the famous team including unique displays that were once marvelously displayed in the hallowed Montreal Forum and later at the Bell Centre are available, with an endless array of legendary and monumental players featured that all proudly once donned the sacred jersey of the mighty Montreal Canadiens.
Direct from the archives of the Montreal Canadiens and most likely displayed originally in the Montreal Forum and possibly later at the Bell Centre, we have a trio of matching framed images featuring Bob Gainey, Bob Dylan and Bob Marley, with each executed in a single tone colour. Each display is approx 16” x 20” with the individual’s name at the base, with each set within a slightly larger metal frame. While all three appear in excellent condition, we should note some wear and marks to each frame and glass. The Gainey display glass is also broken at the bottom. An LOA from Classic Auctions will be included.
