A three-time James Norris finalist, capturing the coveted award in 2017, Brent Burns has enjoyed a lengthy career split between Minnesota and San Jose, with his nation represented at the World Juniors, World Championships and World Cup. This signed stick was used by the talented defenceman at the 2016 World Cup of Hockey. A CCM RBZ Superfast model, “Burns” factory graphics appear over the upper shaft, with a serial number and bar code affixed to the underside. The original black tape remains intact on the blade, with the taped knob removed (images from the 2016 World Cup show Burns using a matching CCM model with wooden insert knob). Burns has added a silver paint pen signature to the front side heel along with an inscription of “W.C. Game Used”. The stick shows light game-use, with a few tears to the blade tape and marks to the lower shaft. A “Burns Authentic” hologram has been affixed near the signature, with a pair of COAs to accompany.
