Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
Featuring some of the greatest names throughout the history of golf, this lot includes a pair of Canadian Open programs from 1974, with each multi-signed, with signatures present from The King Arnold Palmer, The Golden Bear Jack Nicklaus, 1981 World Golf Hall of Fame inductee Lee Trevino and others. Each simple 8” x 10” fold-over program contains a course map, with Trevino, Bobby Nichols (won PGA Championship in 1964), Alfred "Rabbit" Dyer (Gary Player caddie - Caddie Hall of Fame) - signed "Gary Player caddie Rabbit" and a few others signing the first program, with the five pencil autographs displaying well, while the second program includes Palmer, Dyer, Mark Hayes, Perry Leslie, Kermit Zarley, Tom Weiskopf and two others on the front, and Nicklaus, Ben Crenshaw (World Golf Hall of Fame), Mike Hill, Tom Kite (World Golf Hall of Fame), Rik Massengale, Tom Shaw and other signing the interior, with the eighteen pencil signatures again displaying nicely (two have signed in ink). The programs themselves show moderate wear with toning and fold lines.
