Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/27/2021
Items that originate from his time in the NHL are included in this nice grouping of equipment from the personal collection of HOF superstar Bryan Trottier. First, we have a New York Islanders equipment bag that hails from the 1970s, possibly from his rookie era in 1975-76, with a C/B Sports cloth label and solid orange team logos at each side (moderate to heavier use shown but no damage, with a few rust stains), this is followed by an Islanders practice jersey from the 1980s in solid black, with a Maska label, size “54” fly tag and rubberized team crest and no numbers (moderate use with burn marks). Next, we have CCM Supra Islanders uniform pants along with Supra pant shells, with embroidered Islanders logos and intact lacing to each, with the pants showing heavier wear including some interior soiling. Rounding out the lot, we have a souvenir Syosset Sports Islanders Trottier jersey with tackle twill crest and numbers, a pair of black Vic uniform pants (post career) and two pairs of red gloves NOT used in the NHL or international competition – one by KOHO, the other Sher-Wood (used in an unknown capacity), with light to moderate wear to the remaining items. A signed LOA from Bryan Trottier will accompany.
