Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/20/2020
Currently featuring 289 players, 112 builders and 16 on-ice officials all enshrined in the Hockey Hall of Fame, the original class of inaugural nominees in 1945 included legendary stars Frank “One-Eyed” McGee, Georges Vezina, Harvey Pulford and Charlie Gardiner. Celebrating the famous institution, we have a large oversized photo signed by 20 honoured members including 6 that are now deceased. At 16” x 20”, the glossy stock image pictures the important building, with all signatures executed in matching blue sharpie and placed over the upper third, with each adding their induction year. Signers include Ray Bourque, Larry Robinson, Grant Fuhr, Billy Smith, Pierre Pilote (D.2017), Johnny Bower (D.2017), Milt Schmidt (D.2017), Ed Giacomin, Bernie Parent, Serge Savard, Jean Beliveau (D.2014), Bobby Hull, Guy Lapointe, Red Kelly (D.2019), Henri Richard (D.2020), Guy Lafleur, Johnny Bucyk, Steve Shutt, Alex Delvecchio and Dick Duff. The signatures present well, with a few surface lines and wear over the two bottom corners.
