Reaching the pinnacle of 65 goals in just his third NHL season, Alexander Ovechkin is now the standard by which all other goal scorers are measured. The Russian Superstar would net his 65th goal of the 2007-08 NHL season on April 3, 2008 vs Tampa Bay, with this considerable output rewarded with both the Art Ross and Hart Memorial Trophies that season. We have a framed display celebrating Ovi’s 65 goal of 2007-08 signed by the future HOFer, and it’s accompanied by signed and framed photos of teammates and fellow European countrymen Nicklas Backstrom and Alexander Semin. Featuring an inserted 8” x 10” photo of Ovechkin presumably scoring the milestone goal along with a copy of the game’s score sheet, Ovi has signed in blue sharpie, with no issues for the signature. Double-matted and framed to 20 ½” x 26 ½”, a name plaque and pin has been added along with an “Ovechkin 8” hologram. The Backstrom and Semin photos are 8” x 10”, with each signing in blue sharpie, double-matted and framed to 13” x 16”. NHL holograms have been affixed to each, with a name plaque and pin inserted. As an added bonus, an additional pair of Ovechkin 8” x 10” photos are included (different images), with one signed in blue sharpie, with holograms affixed to each. All three frames have COAs from Signature Pro affixed to the reverse, and we should note light wear to the frames which includes some minor chipping.
