Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/21/2020
Currently serving as the head coach of the Brandon Wheat Kings, Dave Lowry enjoyed a lengthy pro career that included almost two decades of NHL action split amongst five different clubs including Vancouver, Calgary and San Jose. This Sharks jersey was worn by the Sudbury native during the 1997-98 NHL season. Center Ice and Nike labels with “54” sizing are affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Nike crests over the reverse hem. Styled with the textured team crest in use from inception, “26” appears over the sleeves and verso in white-over-black tackle twill, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. Exhibiting light game use with a few washed-out marks over the front band, we should note that according to our consignor, the jersey was used in the playoffs, but being unable to photo-match the garment to any postseason games, we are selling as simply a game-worn 1997-98 Sharks jersey.
