A Hart Memorial Trophy finalist as the NHL’s most valuable player in 2007, Roberto Luongo spent his first full NHL seasons with the Florida Panthers, and after tending the net of the Vancouver Canucks for eight seasons, the six-time All-Star returned to The Sunshine State for additional seasons. This photo-matched Panthers jersey was worn by the Montreal native in 2005-06, the last season of his first stint with the club. “Goalie Style” labeling along with a “60” size tag sit along the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests over the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Styled with an attractive and multi-coloured Panthers’ team crest in tackle twill, “1” appears over the sleeves and verso in white twill with red trim, with alternate crests over each shoulder along with “Luongo” arching across the upper reverse. The team patch denoting the garment as a “Set #2” example resides on the inside hem along with a date swatch and MeiGray patch numbered “C04252”, with a matching LOA to accompany.
Exhibiting light game wear with just a few faint marks visible, an included numeric image has been matched to the black mark in the lower left area of the team crest, while a second included numeric image has been matched to the black mark in the lower left area of the team crest, and to the semi-circular black mark in the red stripe on the right sleeve.
