Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
Featuring the NHL’s first 50-goal scorer and the youngest player to be elected into the Hall of Fame upon his induction in 1979, this lot contains a desirable Maurice Richard framed display with a signed puck and 1957-58 Parkhurst card, along with a stick signed by the one and only Bobby Orr. The framed display is approx 13 ½” x 2” x 13”, with the puck, card and a Habs pin inserted, with the puck signed by the Rocket in gold, with Richard adding “HOF-1961”. The Parkhurst card appears VG with a fairly clean surface, with no issues for the signature and light wear to the frame. The stick is a Bauer Professional 200 model with intact but worn striping accent, with Orr signing the front side blade in black marker, with the signature just a bit light from a weaker marker. Accompanying the stick we have a 1971-72 O-Pee-Chee Orr booklet (#24), with moderate wear.
