Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
Toronto legend Dave Keon's coveted rookie card has long headlined Parkhurst's 1961-62 issue, with the example here graded 4 VGE by KSA. With sharper corners and appearing superior is the other slabbed contributor; #49-Jacques Plante is housed in a PSA holder labeled VG-EX 4. Dominating the raw rest are similar crease-free cards in the VG+ to VG-EX+ range, with some making it to EX, with toning on the reverse at times appearing to be light staining. Beliveau, Richard, Geoffrion, Delvecchio, Ullman and 51- Pronovost are notables, while some stars are among a dozen condition exceptions, with a multi-creased Howe (P), Sawchuk, Horton and Mahovlich (all F) and Bower (VG) to note. A popular Parkie style awaits the high bidder.
