Selected 14th overall by the Montreal Canadiens at the 2002 NHL Entry Draft, Chris Higgins spent parts of five seasons in Quebec. This Canadiens jersey was worn in his rookie season of 2005-06. A “56” size tag with handwritten “2” appears along the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the reverse hem and back necklines respectively. Styled with the famous and sacred CH team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Higgins” across the nameplate in single blue twill. Sporting a few washed out marks over the front and sleeves including a large stick mark beneath the team crest, there are also a couple slits over the right elbow, board burns over the left shoulder and a bit of red paint transfer over the left sleeve. A patch from MeiGray numbered “C05006” sits on the inside hem near a date swatch, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "white set 2" example.
