Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2020

Sure to garner considerable interest, and deservedly so, is this tantalizing collection of crease-free Jacques Plante cards. Leading the recently-slabbed PSA contingent are three NM-MT 8 Parkhurst issues; 1958-59 #22 (we cannot spot what led to the (ST) qualifier), '60-61 #53 and '62-63 #49, along with '70-71 O-Pee-Chee #222. Just missing "8" recognition at NM+ 7.5 is '57-58 #15, with five cards graded NM 7; '59-60 #41, '61-62 #49, '68-69 OPC #181 and Puck Sticker #15 and '69-70 #207-Vezina Trophy. A couple made it only(!) to EX-MT 6; '55-56 #71-Plante Is Protected and '63-64 Topps #45. A '64-65 Topps EX+ example leads the raw lineup, with the rest from Jacques' Maple Leafs and WHA days and EX-MT or better. Like Plante's career/contributions, fantastique!
Two miscellaneous items not already mentioned are a 1981-82 TCMA issue picturing the legendary goalie as a Ranger and a 1960s' York transfer image that was ironed-on to a piece of white cloth - neat.
