The NHL record holder for postseason wins by a rookie with 22, netminder Matt Murray won Stanley Cup championships during his first two seasons, and was named to the All-Rookie Team in 2017. From his rookie campaign with Pittsburgh, we have a photo-matched Penguins jersey worn by the Thunder Bay native during the 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs. A “Goalie Style” label and “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the classic Penguins team crest, “30” appears over the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with “Murray” across the nameplate in single gold twill. The fight strap has been signed by Dana Heinze, with a JerseyTRAK chip inserted just above. The team patch sits over the inside hem, with a matching COA from the Penguins to accompany.
Exhibiting light use, there is some wear to the team crest, with a few random dark marks over each sleeve.
