Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
Providing a strong physical presence to a talented Boston squad for 8 seasons, Milan Lucic is a Memorial Cup champion, with a Stanley Cup also won during his tenure with the Bruins, in 2011. From his first season in Edmonton, we have an Oilers alternate captain’s jersey worn by the Vancouver native in 2016-17. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the familiar oil drop team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with layered tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the Rogers Place Inaugural Season patch just above the right breast. A patch from MeiGray numbered “N02787” sits on the inside hem, with a matching LOA from the Oilers to accompany.
Exhibiting light use, a few washed-out marks are visible over the lower right sleeve, with a few small holes resulting from board burns near the left elbow.
