Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
A favourite with puck collectors and representing two thirds of a complete Original Six ensemble, we have a collection of four Art Ross game pucks with rubberized team logos from 1958-67, with examples present for Detroit, Chicago, New York and Montreal. The Red Wings puck was produced from 1958-62, with light wear over each logo and a few chips and dings along edges, good condition overall. The Black Hawks puck was produced between 1962-64, with some minor wear to the graphics over the team logo, and light wear to the puck itself, excellent condition overall. The remaining two pucks were both produced between 1964-67, with the Rangers puck surviving in high grade with just very light wear, with a streak over the Habs logo and general wear to both rubberized crests on the Canadiens puck, with a few small edge chips also present.
