A first round draft choice in 2008, Erik Karlsson has proven to be one of the most skilled defenceman of his generation, with a pair of James Norris trophies won, in 2012 and 2015. The high-scoring Swede has also represented his nation on numerous occasions including at the World Championships and Winter Olympics. From the 2008 IIHF U18 tournament, we have a Team Sweden jersey worn by Karlsson in the April 15, 2008 game vs Finland and the April 16, 2008 game vs USA. Tackla and IIHF labels with XL sizing sit affixed to the collar, with a 100 year IIHF patch on the bottom hem. Featuring all identifiers sublimated including the three crown design team crest and numbers, “5” appears over the sleeves and verso, with the Swedish Ice Hockey Association patch beneath the left shoulder. Exhibiting light to moderate use, there are board burns over each sleeve along with some pilling along the collar.
