Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
One of the game’s greatest all-time scorers, Guyle Fielder spent over two decades in professional hockey, primarily in the WHL, with his 1,929 career points scored placing him fourth all-time in professional hockey history, trailing behind only Wayne Gretzky, Jaromír Jágr and Gordie Howe. The Idaho native also holds the minor-league career records for the most games played, assists and points. We have a stick used by the scoring machine during his time with the Seattle Totems, in the mid-to-late-1960s. A Northland Pro model, “Fielder” is stamped midway up the shaft, with the original black tape over the blade and white over the knob, with “7” handwritten in blue. The stick shows nice game use, with wear to the blade and puck and stick marks to the lower shaft. There is also a horizontal crack to the blade that runs from midway to the toe section.
