Chosen by Anaheim with the No. 2 pick in the 2005 NHL Draft, right after Sidney Crosby was selected first overall by Pittsburgh, Bobby Ryan wore this Ducks No. 54 jersey that has been photo-matched to both the 2006 “NHL Rookie Tournament” and the 2006-07 NHL pre-season. One of the first Anaheim jerseys introduced after the former Mighty Ducks rebranded and changed color schemes, Ryan’s photo-matched jersey has a size 56 tag in the back of the neck that has been sewn over by the somewhat coarse nameplate stitching on the back. Game wear includes a faint mark on the left sleeve and an unrepaired slice on the back of the right sleeve. A great lead-in to Ryan’s NHL career and Anaheim’s Stanley Cup season!
