Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
Celebrating a pair of milestones from his fabulous Hall of Fame career, we have a small mantle clock that was presented to superstar Ray Bourque honouring both his 1,200th NHL contest, along with his 1,300th NHL point. At approx 10 ½” in height and missing the finial, the battery-run Altona clock feature’s a Westminster Chime, along with a Roman numeral dial. A small metal plaque has been affixed over the base listing the particulars including “Ray Bourque”, “1200th NHL Game – February 15, 1996 at Chicago Blackhawks” and “1300th NHL Point – March 23, 1996 vs New York Rangers (assist)”. We should also note that the clock does run, but the mechanism to set the hands doesn't seem to be working. Hailing from his personal collection, a signed LOA from Ray Bourque will accompany. A portion of the sales from the Ray Bourque personal collection will benefit the Bourque Family Foundation.
