The NHL’s all-time assist leader for defenceman, Ray Bourque would conclude his HOF career with 1169 assists, with his milestone 1000th scored during the 1996-97 season, on March 27, 1997, vs the New York Islanders. Hailing from his personal collection, we have a trophy bowl that was presented to the superstar for accomplishing the remarkable feat. At just under 6” in height and with a circumference of approx 10”, the silver bowl with tiered base has the particulars engraved over the front section near a Bruins logo, including “Ray Bourque” and “1,000th NHL Assist”. The maker, “Empire Pewter”, is stamped on the underside, with just light handling and surface wear present to the award including a few minor marks within the bowl. A signed LOA from Ray Bourque will accompany. A portion of the sales from the Ray Bourque personal collection will benefit the Bourque Family Foundation.
