Ideal for the hockey historian and those enamored by unique vintage hockey images, we have a large collection of 1960s Toronto Maple Leafs and other teams photo negatives totaling 900+. Separated in 37 different envelopes, the game and date of each envelope’s contents are typed on the front, with approx 18 to 42 negatives (in strips) per envelope. With the majority 35mm, highlights include 96 negatives for the first round of the 1967 playoffs (Tor vs Mtl) including 71 for Game 2, 34 negatives for the final game of the 1967 semifinals (Chi vs Tor), 34 negatives for the Feb 25th 1967 contest that Terry Sawchuk earned his 99th career shutout, 58 negatives from the March 18th 1967 match in which Bobby Hull registered his 50th goal of the season and 11 negatives showing Dave Keon receiving the Conn Smythe in 1967.
The breakdown by season is 5 envelopes from 1965-66, 23 from 1966-67, 3 from 1967-68 and single envelopes from 1968-69, 1969-70 and 1971-72. There is also a pair of envelopes with 2 negatives each from the summer of 1966 (one for the NHL General Managers meeting, the other for Clarence Campbell’s election to the HOF), with one undated envelope containing 32 post-retirement negatives of Butch Bouchard.
