Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019

A hobby favorite here, with very few creases to report and EX and EX+ cards outnumbering EX-MT and NM examples, with the sum being a rather inviting Topps set. With near perfect centering and EX-MT is Bobby Orr's second-year card, with the Calder Trophy card similar but off-centered. The Orr All-Star is EX (ST), while Lemaire and Vachon rookie cards and 131-Howe All-Star are EX, with Gordie's regular card (#43) at EX-MT, the same as the #120 checklist - nice. Checklist #66, 32-Esposito and 114-Mikita are EX+ notables. Among the condition leaders at NM is 124-Hull All-Star, with 126-Mikita All-Star close at EX-MT+. The Sanderson RC is affected by staining/toning in the borders (otherwise EX+), with a tiny stain affecting 16-Horton (o/w EX-MT). We spot a crease in half a dozen cards, with a tiny one sending 99-Cheevers and 113-Hull to VG+. An intriguing and colorful Topps' effort awaits the high bidder.
A touched corner or more, or a lightly dinged corner, for the most part, are the grade lowering flaws throughout, with less than ten cards (no biggies) exhibiting a vertical wrinkle, somewhat common with this issue and caused in the production process - longtime hobbyists know what we are referring to. Two pea-size stains on the back of the Orr All-Star card are to be aware of, with only a hint of the latter affecting the front, in the "boards" near the left border. Also to mention is the uneven left edge of the #66 checklist.
