Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
A pair of legendary Habs, Emile “Butch” Bouchard patrolled the Canadiens blue line for 15 seasons, while his son Pierre won five Stanley Cups while representing the Bleu Blanc Rouge. Both share the distinction of having played along side legendary Hab Henri Richard. We have a limited-edition photo of the pair at the Dec 4th 2010 retirement ceremony of Emile’s #3 jersey, with Pierre pushing his legendary chair-bound father along the red carpet amid applause from countless supporters. At 11” x 14” and on glossy stock, each has signed over their respective image in blue sharpie, with noted photographer Denis Brodeur signing along the bottom right. Hand-numbered “21/50” to denote the edition is limited, the signatures display well with no issues for the photograph. An LOA from Classic Auctions will be included.
