Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
One of hockey’s all-time greatest goal scorers and the man responsible for the success of the WHA, Bobby Hull won a pair of Hart Memorial trophies during his legendary career, along with the Stanley Cup, in 1961. We have a trio of Hull-signed items including an 11” x 14” photo and a pair of pucks. First, the modern photo picture’s a vintage image of the superstar posing with the puck he scored his 50th goal of the 1961-62 season with – his first 50 goal campaign. Bobby has signed in blue sharpie, adding “1st 50th – 03/25/62”, along with “HOF 1983”. The large signature displays well, with light corner wear to the photo. The pucks include both Black Hawks and Jets examples, with the Chicago puck signed in gold, the Winnipeg puck in silver, with Hull adding his number to each along with his induction year to the Jets puck. With each signature displaying beautifully, there is a hologram added to the reverse of the Jets puck. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany.
