Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
The men responsible for bringing the Montreal Canadiens countless Stanley Cup championships throughout the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, we have a collection of individual-signed lithos/photos totaling five, with signatures present from legendary Habs Jean Beliveau, Boom Boom Geoffrion, Guy Lafleur and the Richard brothers. First we have a pair of Lafleur and Beliveau limited-edition lithos (COAs included), with Guy’s numbered “1009/1010” (12” x 18”, signed in blue marker) and Beliveau’s “498/600” (14” x 17”, signed in blue marker), followed by a pair of hockey card photos on card stock (8 ½” x 11”, both signed in blue marker) for The Rocket (1953-54 Parkhurst) and Geoffrion (1953-54 Parkhurst – numbered “311/1953”), and finally, a paper stock photo with text (8 ½” x 11”) signed by Henri Richard in black ink.
The two lithos both show just a bit of corner wear, with the signatures flawless, with no issues for the Richard and Geoffrion hockey card photos and just a few minor creases/wrinkles to the Richard paper photo.
