Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
Spending his entire 14-season NHL career with the Colorado Avalanche which included winning the Stanley Cup in 2001, Milan Hejduk appeared in three All-Star Games, while also winning a gold medal with the Czech Republic at the 1998 Winter Olympics. We have a signed stick used in the early-2000s by the 2003 Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy-winner. An Easton Graphite model, the original black tape remains in place on the handle and knob, with the blade tape removed to facilitate the large and attractive silver paint pen signature. There is moderate wear to both the top and underside of the blade, with glue residue along the insertion area and marks and wear to the shaft. Hailing from the personal collection of Ray Bourque, this stick will be accompanied by his signed LOA. A portion of the sales from the Ray Bourque personal collection will benefit the Bourque Family Foundation.
