Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
President of the National Hockey League Players' Association during the late-1990s/early-2000s, Trevor Linden spent almost two decades in an NHL uniform, and is well remembered as one of the youngest serving captain’s in NHL history. We have a signed stick used by the Canucks legend during the late-1990s. A Bauer composite model with “Linden” stamped over the upper shaft, the original black tape is intact over the blade and cloth wrap on the handle, with “32” written beneath the knob. The inserted blade exhibits light use, with heavier wear to the shaft, with numerous marks, scratches and abrasions throughout. Linden has signed the stem of the blade in gold, with the especially large signature standing out against the black background wonderfully. Hailing from the personal collection of Ray Bourque, this stick will be accompanied by his signed LOA. A portion of the sales from the Ray Bourque personal collection will benefit the Bourque Family Foundation.
