Selected to either the first or second NHL All-Star Team five seasons in a row from 1988 to 1992, Patrick Roy would take part in eleven All-Star Games throughout his especially noteworthy Hall of Fame career. From his eighth appearance at the NHL’s best-on-best showcase in 1998, we have a stick issued to Roy that has been signed by Team North America. A KOHO Revolution model in Aves colours, “P Roy” appears stamped over the upper shaft, with a date stamp visible of “05 Dec 1997”. 23 have signed the front side paddle and blade in silver paint pen, including Roy, along with fellow Hall members Gretzky, Bourque, Chelios, Lindros, Belfour, Leetch and Modano, as well as LeClair, Sydor, Amonte, Weight and others. The signatures display beautifully against the black background, with a few examples showing wear from handling. The stick itself exhibits just minimal wear to the screened on graphics. Hailing from the personal collection of Ray Bourque, this stick will be accompanied by his signed LOA. A portion of the sales from the Ray Bourque personal collection will benefit the Bourque Family Foundation.
